Process Invoices in UpRate

We have added an invoicing module to the UpRate Workforce Manager. This automatically collates any scheduled assignments and collected timesheets into weekly invoices that can then be processed and sent to the customer.

UpRate Workforce Manager

Building on the success of the UpRate Jobs Platform, and feedback from companies who were using the platform to recruit, we launched the UpRate Workforce Manager. This allows hirers to schedule their workers on a week-to-week basis and to automate the collection of paper timesheets. We plan to expand this in the coming months by adding additional timesheet flows and automated customer invoicing.

App Redesign - Job Channels

In response to feedback from users looking for jobs on the platform we decided to redesign our jobs board, transitioning to a channel-based interface that more closely resembles the other messaging apps that they already use to find work, e.g. WhatsApp and Telegram. This change also included the publishing of our public jobs channels, allowing people to browser the jobs on our platform without needing to create an account or download the app - why not check it out here!

Initial App Launch

In February 2023 we launched the first version of the UpRate Jobs Platform. This provided a mobile app for those looking for work and a web app for hirers looking to recruit. Workers on the app can build their profile and find jobs that are better paid and closer to home, adding the following to their profile to stand out to hirers:

  • Roles and sectors with their level of experience

  • Work history, site experience and site inductions

  • Any CPCS cards they hold

  • A CV and/or safety critical medical
