UpRate is a channel-based jobs platform, where each channel is focussed on a specific role. When workers create their profile, they are automatically added to the relevant channels.
For example, if a worker adds "Steel Fixer" to their profile, they are then added to the associated "Steel Fixer" channel. Any hirers looking to recruit are able to see the number of steel fixers in this channel and instantly post jobs directly to them.

When workers sign up to UpRate, we encourage them to add their location, roles, references, work history, site experience, inductions, skills cards, CVs and safety critical medicals to their profile.
We automatically order job applicants based on their distance from your site. You can then review each applicant's experience to assess their suitability for the job.
